Frequently asked questions
If yours is not here, ask us on WhatsApp and a real person answers.
Getting started
Your child takes a short starting check, about twenty minutes at home. We use it to build their first weekly plan, and a mentor reviews the week at the end of it.
Yes, and no card is needed to begin. If you carry on after it, billing starts from the second week.
A few minutes. You choose the grade and the board, and the starting check does the rest.
A tablet or a laptop and a reasonable internet connection. Nothing to install and nothing to buy.
Lessons and subjects
Maths, Science, English and Social Science, for grades 1 to 10. One plan covers all four.
Lessons and practice are self-paced, so your child works when it suits them. The mentor check-in each week is a scheduled one-to-one.
About twenty-five minutes a day across subjects. The plan is built to fit around school homework rather than add to it.
It supports it. Lessons follow your board and grade, so your child practises exactly what school is covering.
Practice adapts as your child works, and the mentor can move them up or back a level after the weekly review.
Boards and grades
CBSE, Cambridge and IB. You choose the board when you set up your child’s profile, and lessons follow that syllabus.
Grades 1 to 10, in all four subjects.
Change the board on the profile and the plan is rebuilt against the new syllabus. Progress already earned stays.
The focus is school foundations. Olympiad and contest preparation is a separate track we can talk through on a call.
Reporting and mentors
A weekly report per subject, which topics are solid and which need another pass, days practised, and a short note from your child’s mentor.
A teacher assigned to your child, who stays with them rather than rotating each week.
Yes. You can message them from the parent view, and they reply within a working day.
You will see it in the weekly report, and the mentor will tell you what they think is behind it before it becomes a habit.
Pricing and billing
Maths practice is free, always. Add Maths video lessons for ₹999 a month, or get every subject — video and practice both — for ₹1,999 a month, per child, billed monthly.
Yes — a second child on the ₹1,999 all-subject plan is ₹999 a month.
From the parent app, at any time. The plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for.
If something has gone wrong in the first month, write to us and we will sort it out.
Safety and screen time
No ads, and nothing for your child to buy.
Yes. You set a daily limit as the parent, and the plan is sized to fit it.
Only their assigned mentor. There is no open chat and no contact between students.
We use it to build your child’s plan and your reports, and we do not sell it.
